What ending?

Splendid...Warm Regards,Jasneet Kaur, New Delhi

Dear Satish, In your beautiful, lucid and thought-provoking poem, you’ve shown that we’re but a small speck in this inevitable, inexorable, timeless, and unending cycle of life (and death). Perhaps this stark realisation makes us realistic and free from so many causes of strife. Warm regards.U Atreya Sarma, Greenfield, Wisconsin

Where 'you' and 'me' end,There, is found 'SELF' friend.Where words leave you There Silence finds you Silence that vibrates with the Word

UNBELIEF

Sara Michael Lokken : I am getting you're talking to your father, trying to "talk in his tongue" to understand something. Maybe forgiveness- but you're going in rabbit trails. Does that make sense? I love the metaphor of the deer...so delicate, like your topic.

Carol Brown : Your poetry was a pleasure to read today Satish. I hope you have a wonderful day filled with love and inspiration. May we all be able to read your poetry here at PoetrySoup for years to come. Love, Carol

RELIGION

Sara Michael Lokken : There are many evils in the name of religion..."religion" is actually just a human's way of getting to God- but God wants a relationship, not religion....there is only one way- one PERSON. Think of Him as a person- not a set of rules. Very respectfully....

Sara Kendrick : Interesting write not exactly sure what is meant here. The third stanza seems to say that possibly someone stole someone's written material or is it something else that the priest stole??? Sara

OF BURNING

Sara Michael Lokken :Dear Satish- trust is horrific, because it gives up need. "Like a ripe tear, I will not betray the eye"- speaks of this. Paulo Coelho once said: "We have to let other people love us, to give us the strength to go on. If we accept such love with humility, we learn that love is neither giving or receiving- but participating." I want you to be loved.

Sara Kendrick : Interesting and thought provoking write. Sara

Message from Nimal Dunuhinga

I dreamed Paris and shifted to the location a remote village school,
Marie.Antonette came running and her hair braided into pigtails
And she wore a red pinafore.
Her blue eyes
invited me to play hide & seek.
I was shocked and played my tambourine with this song.
'Really I am scared of pitfalls Marie
And do you remember 'The Bastille'? (old fortress)
The prison until stormed.(July,14,1789)
That demolished by the populace.
When the poor people begged they cannot eat bread as it's too expensive,
Then you ignored them and said; ' Better you eat cakes.'
Do you remember what happened on the following day?
I re-read the History to check whether it's you or someone else?
