MY CHILDREN OF SORROW

The sorrow is felt deep into this poem ,it is shared by the good world ,so close to home you have ventured this time my old friend , I can feel it like gravel- leafsailor

Your painful past has become part of you, "My children of sorrow, where will they go? The scars?" I hope they will stay deep in your bones, while your spirit will be free of pain and painful memories forever. That which seemed important to us for so long will be left behind.-LightH2O

TEARS WERE NEVER SWEET

"Flows the anguish in a cave." ... "Do not go heart broken into crowd." These two sentences relate. Good advice to cry alone (in a cave), the world does not need to see our pain. "...from the eyes of a grey stone." A grey stone, to me that would be a strong person, grey denotes sadness, so it means a strong yet sad person. "A fallen grace from sky, flickering like an earthen lamp." Yes, you are a grace (human angel) that came from Heaven (sky) you are lighting (flickering) here on earth. Very beautiful and revealing poem.- LightH2O
