AGONY

well stated in this flowing composure of thought! -Doris Culverhouse

I must say there are some exceptional poems being posted today. Glad yours was included in my reading this afternoon Satish. Love, -Carol Brown

AMAZING

Satish,
I feel more reading needed on this one.
“The cobalt was emitting radiation” – you use “cobalt” again. It’s damaging effects seem more than to the physical.
“A child in polythene, O golden god
you have killed the man by giving him
the gifts. The sand-pit, I am buried
alive in it before I understood.” – very striking imagery – man let loose in the playground of possibilities without havbing the attainment of a disciplined mind through growth. -Gion Gion

STRIKING PORTRAIT

Satish a beautiful image in this melancholy verse of sleepless nights and early dawns. A MONUMENT

Satish as always I am mesmerized at your talent and wonderful metaphoric usage to get points across. When studying creative writing, the student knows because of the different issues and variety of minds that just like abstract art each piece has a different meaning for each of us. I thoroughly enjoy that in your work and wonder how my reflection on your poem matches the slides behind the words. "...I had run after a dream The frills of your gown caught fire...", great line. Thank you so much for sharing your work Satish :)- Marcia Schechinger, USA

A nice poem, Satish.- medhini

Satish,
I liked the imagery even with the dog thrown.
“A classless pain rises fiercely
I am careless about my height
amdist tall peaks.” – I particularly like this as it reminded me of something long ago.
I find the style of your poetry increasingly holding my attention but struggle for the meaning even when I think I understand the imagery,- Gion

Satish with breath taking blundt and bold metaphors you have given the reader a challenge of peace. From childhood to adult who owns the sins of war, "the trees of words" - perhaps. I am hoping the 'high' off of this particular "party" will end soon. Your words have been missed, my talented friend. :)- Marcia Schechinger, USA

WHO WAS FAITHFUL?

Satish "the palace has broken" a wonderful way to metaphorically start off this poem. It can have different meanings varying on country and life circumstances, but it surely says "Who Was Faithful" and followed the "light". Thank you, with wonderful symbolic melody, your poems are always amazingly talented and insightful. :) -Marcia Schechinger, USA

HUBBLE TURNS 20

Satish,
a wonderful poem. I’ve read it over and over.
I remember when the Hubble telescope mirrors were repaired to give clearer images but it did not enlighten me as to what the pictures showed.
Sometimes seeking to understand the unknowable is a pointless exercise when we have a mirror on the wall or a view on the world from our window.
“It was here
in our hearts,
the dark energy.
When hearing would be lost” – great lines among many, Gion
just a couple of suggestions-
“extraplanetory” = extraplanetary
“for even gods” = even for gods- Gion Gion

Satish your powerful peace writing, as you know, I believe is brilliant this one stays on course as always. "...Give me some language to read again from the walls". पर बहुत दुःख इस बात का है कि जो पढ़ा उसका अर्थ नहीं लगा पाता हूँ .
इसलिए मैं आपकी हर कविता पढ़ता हूँ पर कुछ कमेन्ट नहीं देता

INTROSPECTION

Satish your unabandoned verses seeking peace and rejecting the inhumanity of war, hunger, and slow processing death leave the readers in a world of unforgiveable sin that has and is taking place. I waiver at the imagery of your last verse as the starkness of the thin slivered body projects after death to the sliver of the "crescent moon". A true talent using your words to seek peace, thank you. :) -Marcia Schechinger, USA

*DEPRESSION

Satish an informative reader comes from an informative writer, naturally I was not familiar with Kanu Sanyal and the naxalite movement, but your words give me the power to explore the world and the decisions and choices people make in their political opinions. No group likes 'their feathers ruffled' but it is sad that all political groups can not be heard. May all countries find a way for peace soon. Thank you for sharing Satish :)- Marcia Schechinger
