CHRONICITY

An interesting interplay between traditional symbols—Venus as the god of love, and the Venus Flytrap as the enchantment and entrapment of love—O lover beware! I like what is implied in the closing stanza—the beautiful god who goes to sleep, and in keeping with the whims and caprice of the gods, asleep while the sojourner in the convoy of great ideas is in peril. Ha, so true to life, Satish! I enjoyed the poem.- oxygon
